Sarah and Charlie said “I do” in Sierra Madre, California at the Lavender Marketplace & Workshops. Their wedding was simply so fun and sweet.
I can’t even put into words how magical and ethereal their wedding venue felt. It truly was as if The Secret Garden came to life. Sarah’s dress was a beautiful off-the- shoulder & dainty spaghetti-strap combination with lace detailing down the a-line skirt. Her sweet groom, Charlie, wore a classic navy and black tuxedo with a floral bowtie that complimented the venue perfectly.
Each detail was hand selected by Sarah and Charlie, even down to their altar backdrop. Charlie’s mom handmade over 1,000 paper cranes to adorn the ceremony and reception space. I learned that according to Japanese culture, it is believed that paper cranes folded into origami will allow your heart’s desire to come true. How special is that to have on your wedding day!?
Sarah and Charlie’s Sierra Madre ceremony and reception were kept intimate with their closest friends and family celebrating their marriage. It was such a sweet wedding day, and I will forever treasure getting to be apart of something so special to this beautiful couple.
