You are simply not ready for Vina and Shane’s Oregon Coast golden hour bridals. This sweet couple tied the knot back in March in Portland, so these bridals were the perfect excuse to put their wedding attire back on. I couldn’t have picked a better location, couple, and sunset for this day.
Vina and I first met just before our freshman year of college at Biola and have been friends ever since! I even had the honor of being a bridesmaid in her wedding back in March. Watching her and Shane’s fairytale come to life has been so special to witness. I even captured some cool rooftop photos of them before they were even engaged 🥹 (forever nostalgic over my couples).Â
Oregon Coast Romantics
I found myself in Oregon again over the Summer for an elopement, it was a given that we needed to take some coastal romantics! I really struggle to put this session into words because… wow. Vina looked like an actual princess not only on her wedding day, but especially cliffside overlooking the Pacific. Her lace ballgown featured a to-die-for cathedral length cape with lace appliqué that I am still swooning over. We captured some sweet moments up on the cliffside before heading down to the beach to catch the sunset.
As a Southern California wedding photographer, I’ve seen my fair share of breathtaking sunsets. But they’ve all been put to shame with this one. It’s honestly as if God took out a set of paintbrushes, dipped them into water color, and let them spread out across the page.
Capturing Vina and Shane’s Oregon Coast golden hour bridals was such an honor that I will hold in my heart forever. It’s so incredibly special becoming friends with couples, but it’s such a different feeling being friends already with a couple and getting to tell their love story. Ufff. My heart is so full.
